I still have all three posts, however, I really blew the diet this weekend starting with Friday and hope I ended it with lunch today. Have managed to get the walking in everyday though. So discouraged and upset with myself. Of well tomorrow is another day and I'll think about that then. Judy

I have a hard time eating all this food. I hope drinking between bites isn't a requirement, because I can hardly eat all the food, I'm still full from the last time I ate! All my tacks are out since the Tuesday after I got them, I think it was my fault though.

Lost all my posts! According to my scales 4 pounds. Not really following the diet yet, still messing around with Atkins- easier to figure out for both of us. John continues to lose weight, but you know men....their metabolism is a lot stranger than ours...drat!
